I woke up in a weird room, that was red. I felt strong arms around me. I tried to move, when I felt a hand go on my throat. "You not going anywhere" it was Modric. "I need to use the bathroom"my voice squeaked out.
He released me and I went to the bathroom, my legs were very sore. Peeing was a very difficult task and I went back into the room limping.

After I had packed a small bag of my clothes and valuables, I left.
"Get in" as Lucas had opened the door for me. I got in, and he sped off. I didn't know where we were going but I just had to leave. After a thirty minutes drive, we pulled up at an expensive place.
The house was huge and there was security at the house. We got out the car, and he helped me in. I got in and he showed me the guest room.
"Can I freshen up?"
Lucas eyes warmed up "Of course you can Olivia" I went and showered for a whole hour, when i was done, I found a huge t shirt and sweatpants, which were Lucas's. I put them on and I laid on the bed and passed out.

I got in the guestroom to check up on Olivia, I found her sound asleep. I looked her over and my heart clenched.
She had a black eye that was blue and black. Her hands were covered in bruises and her lip had a cut. She was limping, who knows what happened to her, what she had to endure. If only he had been there to stop it.
He had overheard her conversation with her friend Khloe, and he was shocked at what he had learned. It only confirmed his suspicions that someone had abused her really badly. To make it worse, it was her friend's ex.
He wouldn't press her too much on the matter but he definitely needed to know what happened to her last night.
She looked so peaceful in her sleep, his heart clenched. Lord, why did she have to go through this by herself at a tender age.
She started moving in her sleep, and I could she was having a nightmare. She would stir, but she wouldn't wake up. She mumbled a lot of things that didn't make sense. she was sweating a lot so I wiped the sweat off her head.
