World Tribulation, like Sin Tribulation, was an attack from the World to eliminate the target the World sees as a threat.
The main difference between World Tribulation and Sin Tribulation was that, The destructiveness behind World Tribulation does not have any limits, and it's power was directly controlled by the World.
Whereas Sin Tribulations had obvious limitations. First, the Commander of the Great Demon Zeratul was trying to find the Primary Clones making the Clones unable to use their full strength. Second, the strength of the Primary Clones themselves was lacking when compared to the Martial Sin World. This can be seen from the fact that the Martial Sin World summoned a Lightning Dragon for it's Tribulation.
Now, In order to understand why the 'World Tribulation' was attacking our God Beast and Sky, you must first learn about the 'Abyss', the planet they were present on currently.
Abyss, the planet at the end of the Martial Sin World, the planet that was farthest from the centre of the World. In other words, the planet that was least affected by the Martial Sin World.
It was said that Abyss was the end point of the Martial Sin World and the World's hold on this planet was weak. Naturally, World Tribulation from the Martial Sin World was the weakest at the Abyss.
Now, a God Beast, an existence of the 'Martial Beast World' comparable to the Weapon Of Sin of the Martial Sin World. The fact that the God Beast was an existence from the Martial Beast World plays a major role in the reason for this World Tribulation.
Originally, the God Beast was supposed to face World Tribulation as soon as she entered the Martial Sin World as she was not from this World, but the planet the God Beast chose to appear was the Abyss- the planet that was least influenced by the Martial Sin World.
The God Beast lucked out of the World Tribulations because of this reason. Being a newborn baby who had not awakened her powers also played a major role in avoiding the Martial Sin World's attention and thus the World Tribulation.
But now, a year had already passed since the birth of the God Beast and she could be said to be fairly powerful.
When the God Beast used her Darkness to examine Sky's Internal body situation, the Martial Sin World finally noticed the presence of 'foreign' Laws in it's World and noticed the God Beast.
The Martial Sin World then sent it's highest level Tribulation towards the God Beast, the Lightning Dragon Tribulation. Even though the highest level Tribulation meant that the amount of 'energy' the Martial Sin World would need expend was large, the World still chose to send it.
Also, since the Abyss was at the end of it's World, the Martial Sin World had to expend even more energy for this Tribulation.
Fortunately, 'Diamond' had presented the Martial Sin World with a large amount of energy recently. It was only because she had Diamond's cooperation that the Martial Sin World did not hesitate in sending her highest level Tribulation to eliminate the God Beast. With a partner like Diamond who was supplying the required energy, who would fear lacking it.
Partnering up with Diamond was the best decision that the Martial Sin World had ever taken according to herself.
But there was a problem with the highest level Tribulation of the World. This type of Tribulation would summon a Lightning Dragon who had it's own spirituality.
Due to the Tribulation's nature of being destructive, the Lightning Dragon tends to destroy everything in it's path. Once the Lightning Dragon takes form, the World would no longer be able to control it's actions due to the Dragon having it's own spirituality, thus letting the Dagon run rampant.
This meant that the Lightning Dragon had it's own consciousness and would do what it wanted to until it disperses due to lack of Lightning energy.
The Reason that the Lightning Dragon changed it's target from the God Beast to Sky was due to the fact that it perceived Sky as a major threat than the God Beast.
Normally Sky, who was just a level one Sin Manifestation cultivator was no threat to this world, but the Lightning Dragon saw through Sky's body and noticed Sky's Soul- Which was the black energy that kept Sky's body pretty much indestructible.
Sky's soul was converted into pure energy by his aunt EverNight and his mother Diamond. The amount of energy Sky's soul which had been converted into pure energy gave, was something that equalled the core energy of a newly born Lesser World.
Even though a newly born Lesser World has a very negligible amount of energy when compared to a fully grown Lesser World, the fact that the starting amount of energy was reached by a living being was both surprising and scary.
If everything went properly, Sky would be able to create a whole Lesser World on his own. This was obviously a scary thing. In fact, you could say that Sky was an existence on the same level of a World Conquerer, as he already had the energy that was comparable to a newborn Lesser World.
So the Lightning Dragon changing it's target to Sky from the God Beast was both justified and rational- at least according to the Lightning Dragon.

The Dragon wanted to make Sky kneel on the ground, but Sky resisted it. Even though it could still make Sky kneel forcefully by applying even more pressure, it chose not to.
Dragons were prideful creatures. They loved dominating, but there was clear limit to their Dominance. If a Dragon was unable to defeat someone, the Dragon would accept it. Even if the Dragon had lost due to opponent's shady schemes, it would not bicker and wholeheartedly accept it's defeat. To be Prideful, was to accept their drawbacks, this was the definition of Pride according to the Dragons.
Even though the Lightning Dragon was made up of Lightning Laws, and was not a true Dragon, it still behaved as one. Sky had resisted it's pressure, it would not attack a second time by being petty.
"ROOOOOAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR....."
Slowly, the Dragon opened it's mouth which looked like a sea of lightning thrown together, and roared like a true Dragon.
This roar alone shook the whole forest. The weaker monsters bled out of their ears, while the stronger monsters felt dizzy. Trees shook and mountain crumbled. For the first time in the history of the EverNight Forest, a simple roar created a cyclone that cleared away most of the trees of the EverNight Forest. Only the EverNight Trees, the backbone of the EverNight Forest who had their peak into the skies remained strong in the face of this roar created cyclone.
Sky planted his foot on the ground firmly and circulated the Sloth Energy into his body.
When Sky had reached Level One in Sin Manifestation realm, he had realised a very crucial thing about the Sloth Laws.
What was Sloth? What was it's ability? These two simple questions that had very simple answers made Sky gain a new understanding about his Sloth Cultivation.
Sloth was one of the seven sins of the human body.
But Sloth wasn't laziness. It was much more.
Sloth was 'Heaviness'. It's actual ability was not so simple as laziness, and it was in fact just a small part of heaviness.
Only now did Sky understand, his physique wasn't the Lazy Monarch Physique that was described by others, his Lazy Monarch physique was a type of body that changed heaviness with lightness.
Sky was able to figure out the true meaning of the Sloth because of his Lazy Monarch Physique. Any other Sloth Cultivator would continue assuming Sloth as Laziness or would comprehend a different meaning and would not achieve the maximum results of the Sloth cultivation.
At least, to Sky, Sloth meant heaviness.
Now, Sky increased the heaviness of his legs, and stayed rooted to the ground in the face of the roar that shook the whole of EverNight Forest.
His legs were firm on the ground, but his heart was in a mess. He was truly scared, his whole body wanted to escape, but seeing the God Beast who had turned into her smaller version when she fainted beside him, Sky stood there with fear but no cowardice.
The Lightning Dragon saw that it's roar wasn't enough to make Sky lose his will, and chose to attack directly. This time it opened it's mouth and collected Lightning energy for a whole minute. Lightning crackled and earth shook as a huge ball of condensed lightning appeared out of it's mouth. This ball of lightning looked like it could tear apart everything in it's path, a God blocks, rip God, a Devil blocks, rip Devil, such was the momentum of this Lightning ball.
Sky's eyes squinted as he saw the Dragon open it's mouth and shoot this ball of Lightning at him. His hair stood on the end long before the attack could reach him.
Sky sighed reluctantly, he chose to take this attack head on even though this attack could kill him. Sky chose not to abandon the God Beast, so he would do just that.
"Hump! Just a fake Dragon dares to attack my Sky, 'Third Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'Snoring'." Just as the attack was about to reach Sky, a sharp shout left the EverNight Palace and a white lotus bloomed in the space above Sky's head.
A Young Lady made up of unknown Sloth Laws was sleeping on this white lotus. suddenly this young lady started snoring.
Her snore was so strong that the sound of the lightning crackling was overshadowed. Slowly a snore escaped from this Young Lady and a layer of snore barrier covered Sky and the God Beast. Once the snore barrier appeared on top of Sky, the white lotus and the snoring lady dispersed and turned into Laws that returned back to the EverNight Palace.
The Lightning Ball made contact with the snore barrier, but the expected devastation and destruction did not occur. The snore barrier just burst out and took the Lightning Ball along with it.
As the Lightning Ball dispersed and the Lightning Dragon was taken aback, another cold snort escaped from the EverNight Palace.
"Hump! 'First Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'Dream'."
Just as before, a Lotus appeared out of thin air, but this lotus wasn't white, it was blue colour now. The same Young Lady was sleeping on this Blue lotus, but this time she did not snore, she was just sleeping, and knitting her brows as if having a Nightmare.
Up above, in the skies, the Lightning Dragon who was looking towards the EverNight Palace knitted his brows in the same fashion as the Young Lady.
The Lightning Dragon then started behaving weirdly, it randomly started attacking it's surroundings with it's claws, and it's 'Lightning Balls' even though there was nothing in the vicinity.
To Sky, it looked like the Dragon was attacking the empty air, seemingly wanting to tear it apart.
Seeing a mighty dragon acting like a clown, Sky could not help but laugh out. Even though Sky did not know everything, he still had an idea about who was helping him.
Ryu had once mentioned that his aunt EverNight was currently locked up in the EverNight Palace. Also, the voice of this attacker had addressed Sky as 'my Sky' when she defended him with her Third Form. Sky could obviously guess that it was his aunt who was protecting him after thinking a bit.
He smiled wryly. 'My Sky? Whose Sky? Even though you are my aunt, that does not mean I am yours ok!' He very much wanted to shout out these words, but he shut his mouth and continued enjoying the Lightning Dragon's clown action.
The Dragon acted like a clown for a whole hour, before it opened it's eyes. Sky noticed that it's eyes were heavy, seemingly just having awoken after an unimaginable nightmare. It's consciousness seemed to be damaged to a certain extent. But when it laid it's eyes on Sky, the Dragon's eyes turned clear, and it opened it's mouth to attack him.
This time, the Lightning Ball was instantaneous and much more destructive than before. Even though it could be said that the Dragon was attacking for the second time, in reality, Sky had not received it's attack the first time, so the Lightning Dragon did not feel anything when it began to attack Sky once more.
But it's efforts turned useless as Sky's aunt protected Sky with another snore barrier.
"'Ninth Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'An Awoken Sloth's Wrath'" EverNight snorted coldly for a last time.
A Red Lotus bloomed in air and the young lady who was sleeping on the Lotus until now finally opened her eyes and looked at the Dragon with an annoyed and irritated look. Her expression soon turned wrathful as she extended a hand that covered the Skies and shook the earth and caught this Dragon, Sloth Laws appeared on her hand that had caught this huge Dragon and suppressed it.
Just like that, the Lightning Dragon disappeared and the World Tribulation ended.
Sky was overwhelmed by the changes that took place in the past hour, but the expression that he had on his face was one that of a pride. His aunt, it was his aunt who had single-handedly(in all senses) suppressed the Dragon that looked like it could annihilate the whole planet. Obviously he was proud to have an aunt like her, even though he did not know how she looked and had never met her.
While Sky was putting up his Prideful expression, the young lady who usually dispersed after the attack was finished did not disperse. Instead, she extended her hand towards Sky.
Noticing the dangerous situation Sky took a step back in fear and put up a stiff smile in the face of this approaching hand.
In his head he was screaming wildly. 'Oh my beautiful aunt, what are you doing? Why are you moving your hand towards me? Are you going to suppress me like that dragon? No..no.. you must not do that!!! I am your only nephew!! Let me tell you this, life without a nephew is shit. So listen to me and put that hand away. Ahh! Don't come any closer.'
Seeing that the hand wasn't stopping, Sky closed his eyes and waited for his death.

Naturally, World Tribulation from the Martial Sin World was the weakest at the Abyss.Now, a God Beast, an existence of the 'Martial Beast World' comparable to the Weapon Of Sin of the Martial Sin World. The fact that the God Beast was an existence from the Martial Beast World plays a major role in the reason for this World Tribulation.Originally, the God Beast was supposed to face World Tribulation as soon as she entered the Martial Sin World as she was not from this World, but the planet the God Beast chose to appear was the Abyss- the planet that was least influenced by the Martial Sin World.The God Beast lucked out of the World Tribulations because of this reason. Being a newborn baby who had not awakened her powers also played a major role in avoiding the Martial Sin World's attention and thus the World Tribulation.But now, a year had already passed since the birth of the God Beast and she could be said to be fairly powerful.When the God Beast used her Darkness to examine Sky's Internal body situation, the Martial Sin World finally noticed the presence of 'foreign' Laws in it's World and noticed the God Beast.The Martial Sin World then sent it's highest level Tribulation towards the God Beast, the Lightning Dragon Tribulation. Even though the highest level Tribulation meant that the amount of 'energy' the Martial Sin World would need expend was large, the World still chose to send it.Also, since the Abyss was at the end of it's World, the Martial Sin World had to expend even more energy for this Tribulation.Fortunately, 'Diamond' had presented the Martial Sin World with a large amount of energy recently. It was only because she had Diamond's cooperation that the Martial Sin World did not hesitate in sending her highest level Tribulation to eliminate the God Beast. With a partner like Diamond who was supplying the required energy, who would fear lacking it.Partnering up with Diamond was the best decision that the Martial Sin World had ever taken according to herself.But there was a problem with the highest level Tribulation of the World. This type of Tribulation would summon a Lightning Dragon who had it's own spirituality.Due to the Tribulation's nature of being destructive, the Lightning Dragon tends to destroy everything in it's path. Once the Lightning Dragon takes form, the World would no longer be able to control it's actions due to the Dragon having it's own spirituality, thus letting the Dagon run rampant.This meant that the Lightning Dragon had it's own consciousness and would do what it wanted to until it disperses due to lack of Lightning energy.The Reason that the Lightning Dragon changed it's target from the God Beast to Sky was due to the fact that it perceived Sky as a major threat than the God Beast.Normally Sky, who was just a level one Sin Manifestation cultivator was no threat to this world, but the Lightning Dragon saw through Sky's body and noticed Sky's Soul- Which was the black energy that kept Sky's body pretty much indestructible.Sky's soul was converted into pure energy by his aunt EverNight and his mother Diamond. The amount of energy Sky's soul which had been converted into pure energy gave, was something that equalled the core energy of a newly born Lesser World.Even though a newly born Lesser World has a very negligible amount of energy when compared to a fully grown Lesser World, the fact that the starting amount of energy was reached by a living being was both surprising and scary.If everything went properly, Sky would be able to create a whole Lesser World on his own. This was obviously a scary thing. In fact, you could say that Sky was an existence on the same level of a World Conquerer, as he already had the energy that was comparable to a newborn Lesser World.So the Lightning Dragon changing it's target to Sky from the God Beast was both justified and rational- at least according to the Lightning Dragon.....The Dragon wanted to make Sky kneel on the ground, but Sky resisted it. Even though it could still make Sky kneel forcefully by applying even more pressure, it chose not to.Dragons were prideful creatures. They loved dominating, but there was clear limit to their Dominance. If a Dragon was unable to defeat someone, the Dragon would accept it. Even if the Dragon had lost due to opponent's shady schemes, it would not bicker and wholeheartedly accept it's defeat. To be Prideful, was to accept their drawbacks, this was the definition of Pride according to the Dragons.Even though the Lightning Dragon was made up of Lightning Laws, and was not a true Dragon, it still behaved as one. Sky had resisted it's pressure, it would not attack a second time by being petty."ROOOOOAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR....."Slowly, the Dragon opened it's mouth which looked like a sea of lightning thrown together, and roared like a true Dragon.This roar alone shook the whole forest. The weaker monsters bled out of their ears, while the stronger monsters felt dizzy. Trees shook and mountain crumbled. For the first time in the history of the EverNight Forest, a simple roar created a cyclone that cleared away most of the trees of the EverNight Forest. Only the EverNight Trees, the backbone of the EverNight Forest who had their peak into the skies remained strong in the face of this roar created cyclone.Sky planted his foot on the ground firmly and circulated the Sloth Energy into his body.When Sky had reached Level One in Sin Manifestation realm, he had realised a very crucial thing about the Sloth Laws.What was Sloth? What was it's ability? These two simple questions that had very simple answers made Sky gain a new understanding about his Sloth Cultivation.Sloth was one of the seven sins of the human body.But Sloth wasn't laziness. It was much more.Sloth was 'Heaviness'. It's actual ability was not so simple as laziness, and it was in fact just a small part of heaviness.Only now did Sky understand, his physique wasn't the Lazy Monarch Physique that was described by others, his Lazy Monarch physique was a type of body that changed heaviness with lightness.Sky was able to figure out the true meaning of the Sloth because of his Lazy Monarch Physique. Any other Sloth Cultivator would continue assuming Sloth as Laziness or would comprehend a different meaning and would not achieve the maximum results of the Sloth cultivation.At least, to Sky, Sloth meant heaviness.Now, Sky increased the heaviness of his legs, and stayed rooted to the ground in the face of the roar that shook the whole of EverNight Forest.His legs were firm on the ground, but his heart was in a mess. He was truly scared, his whole body wanted to escape, but seeing the God Beast who had turned into her smaller version when she fainted beside him, Sky stood there with fear but no cowardice.The Lightning Dragon saw that it's roar wasn't enough to make Sky lose his will, and chose to attack directly. This time it opened it's mouth and collected Lightning energy for a whole minute. Lightning crackled and earth shook as a huge ball of condensed lightning appeared out of it's mouth. This ball of lightning looked like it could tear apart everything in it's path, a God blocks, rip God, a Devil blocks, rip Devil, such was the momentum of this Lightning ball.Sky's eyes squinted as he saw the Dragon open it's mouth and shoot this ball of Lightning at him. His hair stood on the end long before the attack could reach him.Sky sighed reluctantly, he chose to take this attack head on even though this attack could kill him. Sky chose not to abandon the God Beast, so he would do just that."Hump! Just a fake Dragon dares to attack my Sky, 'Third Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'Snoring'." Just as the attack was about to reach Sky, a sharp shout left the EverNight Palace and a white lotus bloomed in the space above Sky's head.A Young Lady made up of unknown Sloth Laws was sleeping on this white lotus. suddenly this young lady started snoring.Her snore was so strong that the sound of the lightning crackling was overshadowed. Slowly a snore escaped from this Young Lady and a layer of snore barrier covered Sky and the God Beast. Once the snore barrier appeared on top of Sky, the white lotus and the snoring lady dispersed and turned into Laws that returned back to the EverNight Palace.The Lightning Ball made contact with the snore barrier, but the expected devastation and destruction did not occur. The snore barrier just burst out and took the Lightning Ball along with it.As the Lightning Ball dispersed and the Lightning Dragon was taken aback, another cold snort escaped from the EverNight Palace."Hump! 'First Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'Dream'."Just as before, a Lotus appeared out of thin air, but this lotus wasn't white, it was blue colour now. The same Young Lady was sleeping on this Blue lotus, but this time she did not snore, she was just sleeping, and knitting her brows as if having a Nightmare.Up above, in the skies, the Lightning Dragon who was looking towards the EverNight Palace knitted his brows in the same fashion as the Young Lady.The Lightning Dragon then started behaving weirdly, it randomly started attacking it's surroundings with it's claws, and it's 'Lightning Balls' even though there was nothing in the vicinity.To Sky, it looked like the Dragon was attacking the empty air, seemingly wanting to tear it apart.Seeing a mighty dragon acting like a clown, Sky could not help but laugh out. Even though Sky did not know everything, he still had an idea about who was helping him.Ryu had once mentioned that his aunt EverNight was currently locked up in the EverNight Palace. Also, the voice of this attacker had addressed Sky as 'my Sky' when she defended him with her Third Form. Sky could obviously guess that it was his aunt who was protecting him after thinking a bit.He smiled wryly. 'My Sky? Whose Sky? Even though you are my aunt, that does not mean I am yours ok!' He very much wanted to shout out these words, but he shut his mouth and continued enjoying the Lightning Dragon's clown action.The Dragon acted like a clown for a whole hour, before it opened it's eyes. Sky noticed that it's eyes were heavy, seemingly just having awoken after an unimaginable nightmare. It's consciousness seemed to be damaged to a certain extent. But when it laid it's eyes on Sky, the Dragon's eyes turned clear, and it opened it's mouth to attack him.This time, the Lightning Ball was instantaneous and much more destructive than before. Even though it could be said that the Dragon was attacking for the second time, in reality, Sky had not received it's attack the first time, so the Lightning Dragon did not feel anything when it began to attack Sky once more.But it's efforts turned useless as Sky's aunt protected Sky with another snore barrier."'Ninth Form' of the Sleeping Sloth, 'An Awoken Sloth's Wrath'" EverNight snorted coldly for a last time.A Red Lotus bloomed in air and the young lady who was sleeping on the Lotus until now finally opened her eyes and looked at the Dragon with an annoyed and irritated look. Her expression soon turned wrathful as she extended a hand that covered the Skies and shook the earth and caught this Dragon, Sloth Laws appeared on her hand that had caught this huge Dragon and suppressed it.Just like that, the Lightning Dragon disappeared and the World Tribulation ended.Sky was overwhelmed by the changes that took place in the past hour, but the expression that he had on his face was one that of a pride. His aunt, it was his aunt who had single-handedlyin all senses suppressed the Dragon that looked like it could annihilate the whole planet. Obviously he was proud to have an aunt like her, even though he did not know how she looked and had never met her.While Sky was putting up his Prideful expression, the young lady who usually dispersed after the attack was finished did not disperse. Instead, she extended her hand towards Sky.Noticing the dangerous situation Sky took a step back in fear and put up a stiff smile in the face of this approaching hand.In his head he was screaming wildly. 'Oh my beautiful aunt, what are you doing? Why are you moving your hand towards me? Are you going to suppress me like that dragon? No..no.. you must not do that!!! I am your only nephew!! Let me tell you this, life without a nephew is shit. So listen to me and put that hand away. Ahh! Don't come any closer.'Seeing that the hand wasn't stopping, Sky closed his eyes and waited for his death.For readersHuh, Retaliate you say, fuck retaliating!
