The last weapon was a dagger. This was the treasure of the boss as it was closely kept on the body at all times. Even though the boss did not use it many times, but based on the sharpness of the dagger and its alligator skin made of the dagger handle, this weapon was not an ordinary item.
Other than the 3 weapons, the armour of the boss was destroyed, but his belt and shoes were still in perfect condition. These were considered as the spoils of war too. There were also 2 other items that were not too bad in the pockets of the boss. This was considered an excellent raid for the items and weapons that were given as rewards.
In a normal game, everyone would be celebrating and everything would be so peaceful. However, this is DUST which would decide the fate of every player.
No players would not feel greedy by what they saw in front of their eyes, to become stronger and powerful. It was one of the seven sins and part of human nature. The greed of humans was like a beast, once it was released, in an instant, it would become uncontrollable and was like a ferocious monster.
Since Xia Mo was the only outsider, and she could fight well, she was the natural target of 7 to 8 players. They started to rush towards her. It was such an irony as the weapons that these players were now holding were actually the weapons that Xia Mo shared as part of the spoils of wars.
However, she was calm. She had seen too many of this bullshit. This was so prevalent in established clans, groups and even newly formed teams. Since her body was slim and agile, she was able to dodge many attacks by the players, and with the dual weapons in her hands, she was able to inflict damage to the players that were surrounding her.
The players around her did not feel that her counterattack was wrong, and even looked down on her abilities as she was now 1 person against the rest. A girl was still a girl, it did not matter how strong she was, she would have no chances of victory against 2 men.
Xia Mo knew this fact in her heart. Therefore, she focused more on blocking and dodging instead of a full out attack. Her light footsteps were akin to a deer in the forest. jumping, running, escaping, dodging, flipping over were so smooth like a flowing water and the players chasing after her was unable to land an attack on her.
Chang Feng was shouting aggressively to stop the players from attacking Xia Mo. However, the remaining players who were snatching the equipment on the ground even started to glance at him and even wanted to silence him. The current Chang Feng was not as capable as Xia Mo and after 3 to 4 players were onto him, his actions became unorganized. Luckily, Yiyan Wannian managed to flee away from his pursuers and came to assist Chang Feng.
“Boss, we should leave now. Both of us are unable to fight against them.”
