Jade's staring contest with the piano went on for another 2 weeks before Jade actually took a step nearer to the grand piano. It took another 2 weeks before Jade sat down on the piano stool. Jade also underwent a lot of cognitive behavioural therapy and was taught to read body language as well as decipher emotions of others. Everything were made to look like a big giant puzzle that needed to be solved. Jade took a huge dislike to these teachings but obediently learn all of these to please Matriach Lu. Little by little, day by day, Jade started to look for affections from Matriach Lu. She would gladly do anything for the Matriach as long as she was awarded with a pat, a kiss, a hug and even words of praise. The team of experts were very happy with her progress and were on cloud nine. They were confident that they can make further improvement and their aim is for Jade to attend school so that she can start socializing and have interactions with kids her age and they were hoping she can grow up to be near normal meaning as normal as possible.
