And There are 4 forbidden lands on the continent, each near a sect. These forbidden lands are where cultivators go for extreme training, A place of death and fortune.
The closer you are to these 9 giants in the continent (1 Royal family,4 sects and 4 clans), The more cultivators you would see and strong ones at that. The greater towns also have a lot of powerful cultivators. Other than that there are countless mortal towns and villages on the continent. Unless you find are so fated to meet a cultivator in seclusion or living a mortal life, you won't find any cultivators here. Also, there are many forest areas.
