February 5th, the clouds finally dispersed, leaving behind the brilliant sun.

After the freezing winter, the skies over Flagstaff appeared especially blue. When Li Du raised his head to enjoy this sight, he felt as if everything had become brighter.

As the sun rays bathed the ground, a new sense of warmth swept over everyone, "Very nice, spring is here, Mr. Fox's spring should also be coming soon!" Hans said as he warmed his hands.

"Spring is here, will you be sending out invitations? Because if that's the case, then the female cats and dogs in Flagstaff is truly going to face a disaster," a coarse voice came from behind them followed by a bunch of chuckles.

Li Du also wanted to laugh, but Hans and him were in the same team, so he couldn't do that.

However, all his amusement disappeared in the next moment as the rough voice continued, "Oh, you also enjoy little yellow dogs? You've got quite the taste."

Knowing that this was a sarcastic comment about his race, Li Du immediately frowned.

There was quite a number of people in America who were racist, however, as the laws were very strict about these types of behaviors; those people could only walk on the edges by making sarcastic comments using other degrading metaphors.

Hans angrily turned around and said towards the fat man sporting a slicked back, "Lambis, looks like your mouth is still as big as ever. How about this, I'll use the profit from getting that motorcycle today to help you pay for a lip reduction surgery in Thailand."

"There's no need to thank him, he's generally a very charitable guy," Li Du added while nodding his head.

Accompanying Lambis were two African American guys. With height of around 1.95 meters and wearing only a thin t-shirt, they looked as strong and dumb as two black bears.

Hearing Li Du's comment, one of the black guy venomously spat back, "There's no space for your comment here, little girl!"

"Barry, there's no need put up that act! You are just the follower of another wimp, you are probably lacking a pair of balls as well," Hans replied while shoving that guy back.

"In China, there's a saying that real men don't wear earring, so if we follow Chauncey Billups' reverse reasoning, then that also mean that those who wear earrings are definitely not real men, only pink-loving little girls," Li Du continued.

"Are you looking for a fight?"

"F*ck you!"

"I want to snap the neck of this yellow wimp!"

"Come at us then, it gives us the opportunity to reduce the number of competitors as well," Hans taunted.

Li Du wasn't scared either. Recently, he'd been trying to catch up on the rules of public storage auctions. He knew that in these places, anyone who fought would be kicked out.

"Let's see how much longer you can keep this up, poor bastard, with me here today, don't think of getting a single storage unit," Lambis spat before leaving.

Han's reply was simply his middle finger.

This auction would begin at eight, and would probably end before noon.

As Li Du looked around, he saw that despite having fewer units being sold, this round of auction was much more crowded than the previous one with over seventy to eighty people waiting.

"The last time were mostly Flagstaff's treasure hunters. Comparatively, the Harley is worth much more enticing, so the hunters from the surrounding cities are also present here today," Hans answered his questioning gaze.

"Then, where is that Lambis from?"

"A bast*rd from Phoenix who's egoistic, arrogant, ignorant, and idiotic. There's no need to care about him." Hans ground his teeth in anger, "But that guy has a very powerful brother-in-law that we should be careful of."

Like Smith company's auction, this auction's auctioneer was still that old cowboy, "Everyone-line-up-the-auction-is-starting-now-I'm-going-to-skip-the-rules-those-who-don't-know-them-can-just-leave $%#&@..."

As Li Du thought it over, he found out that even the starting speech was the same.

As the doors opened, the treasure hunters started browsing through them.

In the first unit were the two Yamahas. Although Li Du knew that the engine had been removed, rendering them worthless, but with over half of it being covered, from the surface, it looked like it was in a perfect condition.

Seeing the two motorcycles, Hans became very excited. "Hey, this is Yamaha Road-star and Yamaha Aero, these two models are quite nice, how about we try to bid for this one?"

"No, don't bid for this," Li Du said while shaking his head.

"Why not? We will probably profit from this one!"

"This isn't our target, Mr Fox. We should only set our sights on the Harley and forget about everything else," Li Du firmly disagreed.

When everyone had finished viewing them, Hans appraised the two motorcycles to be around $5000 total.

Following the rule of half principal half profit, the storage should be worth somewhere around $2,500

After the exhibition, the bidding started, "One hundred one hundred dollars is the starting price, is there anyone who's going to bid two hundred two hundred dollars…"

"One thousand dollars!" someone shouted.

As Li Du turned towards the voice, he saw Lambis' smug smirk.

"Very well, this man in shades has raised the price to one $1000 $1000, the anyone bidding $1100 $1100 anyone?" the old man asked as he pointed towards Lambis.

"Yes"

Bid after bid, the price soon became $1500.

Hans also wanted to offer a bid, however, Li Du firmly shook his head. At this moment, Lambis came to their side with a sneer. "Are you not going to give an offer?

"I'm guessing that they don't have any money," one of the black men said.

"If you don't have any money, then you should just go home, what are you doing here otherwise? Lusting after others' wealth?" the other one rudely followed.

"Mr. Fox, look at your current appearance, like a starving dog, and a stupid one at that. Look at how great this storage is, why aren't you reacting? That's not your personality," Lambis shook his head at Hans.

Immediately afterwards, he raised his hands and shouted, "Two thousand dollars!"

The auctioneer pointed towards him, "The price has just skyrocketed to 2000, $2000, then…"

"$2500!" Hans immediately followed.

As Li Du looked towards him with a shocked expression, Hans shook his head while quietly saying, "By the wisdom of your great Chairman Mao, don't say anything, just follow my lead."

"Three thousand!" Lambis followed without even hesitating.

Hearing this bid, Hans shrugged before mocking, "Look, who's the stupid dog now? If someone throw out a bait, he not only chases after it, but he does so with a fervor."

After leaving that sentence, he immediately left.

Next came the second storage which still had signs of various motorcycle parts, making the bidding very fierce.

In the end, Lambis was still able to successfully bid for this storage with the price of 2800 dollars

At the third storage, the presence of the motorcycle could still be seen, however, Lambis had become quiet. After all, he wasn't a millionaire; all the money that he had carried on him had all been used.

This time, the price was somewhat lowered, and it was eventually sold at 2500 dollars. When it came to the last storage, that price was even lowered, becoming only 2000 dollars.

At this last storage, Li Du gave Mr. Fox a look that said, "This one!".

Unlike the previous four storages, there weren't any sign of motorcycle tools that could be seen at a glance in this one, so the starting price for this was the lowest.

"Four hundred, four hundred, four hundred dollars. This is the last one and as we all know, we leave the best one last, is there anyone who's going to bid five hundred?"

"Five hundred!" Hans said as he rose his hand.
