Da Tian Ting and Ding Xiao Ran went to a cafe for lunch. Da Tian Ting explained why she took a day off work.
‘That slime!’ Ding Xiao Ran said. ‘I can’t believe I thought he was trustworthy. What a slime!’
‘Xiao Ran, keep your voice down,’ Da Tian Ting said. ‘You’re embarrassing me.’
‘He makes me so angry,’ Ding Xiao Ran said. ‘Doesn’t he have a conscience? You were his slave for ten years. It looks like you’ll be my bridesmaid before I can be your bridesmaid.’
‘Forget it,’ Da Tian Ting said. ‘I’m happy it’s over. If I had married him, I would be miserable. You can eat first. I’m going to wash my hands.’
‘Do you want me to come with you?’ Ding Xiao Ran asked. ‘I don’t want you to slip in the bathroom, because your leg injuries haven’t healed yet.’
‘I’ll be OK,’ Da Tian Ting said. ‘I’ll walk slowly.’
Da Tian Ting limped to the bathroom. It was her unlucky day. She slipped in front of the bathroom door. Her head, back and bottom hurt.
Feng Kai Ze stepped out of the bathroom. It was his unlucky day. He saw the crazy woman lying on the floor, and walked past her.
Da Tian Ting spotted the grudge holding man. After what happened at the markets, she didn’t expect him to help her stand up. She laid on the ground, rubbed her sore head and waited for Ding Xiao Ran to come find her.
Feng Kai Ze didn’t hear the crazy woman calling him for help. He was worried she was unconscious so he walked back to where she was lying on the floor.
‘Why didn’t you ask me to help you today?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.
‘I didn’t want to inconvenience your rotten heart,’ Da Tian Ting said.
