"Thank you, Anna. I really appreciate that you took the time to get it all washed for me. If you see Edgar could you ask him to go and check the mail today? I do not know if anything has come in but at least if we check later today then we will be able to get all the mail since the weekend starts tomorrow." Kitty smiles sweetly and then looks at the clothes in the hamper.
"It is a pleasure to see you again, Anna. I hope that you had a lovely vacation and got to do something fun. Thank you for all your hard work as always." Luke set his sketchbook down by the wall then looked at all the clothes in the hamper.
"Of course I can do that for you. Luke, I had a wonderful vacation and Leo is so kind as to give us the extra time off so I managed to gain a lot of energy. I will let you two work in this room and if you need me I will be around the house. I do believe that John will be here soon to continue the installation of the bookshelves. So I will go to await his arrival and let him in." Anna bows and then leaves the room.
Kitty watched as Anna leaves and then opens the drawers in the dresser. She slowly organizes the outfits by size in the drawers and then opens the one next to the top drawer and fills it with not clothes but diapers. "I have a rough outline on the wall and I wrote in where the animals shall be placed so if you want, while I set this up you can get started on the sketches."
Luke smiled and nodded his head, "alright I will get started on the sketches of the animals and if you need my help you put anything away I will come and help you. I realized just now that this room is missing a chair for you to sit on when the baby gets restless at night time." He walks back to the wall and sees where Kitty had the animal names all set up. He notices that the animals are mixed up and that each animal was paired together so that there would be one sketch from each of them beside each other. He starts sketching in the lion.
"We special ordered a rocking chair for the room and it matches well with the bedroom set and I ordered a few sets of sheets. If you need more room feels free to make the sketches bigger and don't be afraid to move the pairs around. I thought that if we sketched and painted this together it would look nice if we had our artwork side by side. Luke finished sketching the rough draft of the lion and turned to see where the music was coming from. He got up and watched the carousel slowly turn in a circle. "I guess a baby would find that very soothing. Now that I am older it doesn't look like much to me but I guess at a young age you would be able to see the bright colors and find it lovable."
Kitty turned and smiled at Luke, "yes that is the case. I didn't think about it in that sense but that does make sense. I am truly blessed to have found the perfect family." She wrapped her arm around Luke's shoulder and gave him a side hug.
Luke hugged her back and then spoke to the baby, "as impatient as I am, I will ask that you do not come too early but I will also ask that you do not come too late, my darling little sister." To that, the baby kicks and moves around.

"I do like that you took my advice and made the lion bigger I think with them being that big it will pop out more and I am sure that the baby will be able to see the animals or at least the shapes of the animals. "If you want Luke you can start on another animal on the other side of the tree and I will start sketching the tiger." I am so grateful that you are here and that I will be able to learn from you over the next few years and maybe I will be able to one day be as famous as you are."
