"You left her for three years. You are lucky that she was able to spared for that long but Tiana will be safe. I do not feed on the unwilling and almost all the other vampires I know have partners so she will be safe with us. I will treat her like the princess that you loved and cared for when you were a human." Ketan held up his hand and the flame slowly swirled in his hand.
"Thank you guys for saving my baby girl. I will go in peace and I will take my wife with me." The vampire held onto his wife's hand and brought her hand to his lips and then his free hand he touched the flames and the two perished together.
"It is sad, that that girl lost her mother and father not once but twice but at least now she will not need to worry about losing anyone else for the time being." Leo took a picture of the ashes and shook his head. "I would prefer that the girl does not find out that she lost two sets of parents. I would hate to see what that would do to her. So we will keep this from her until she is older but I will honor that man as it seemed like he stayed here only for his wife and child. I am impressed that he stuck it out for so long and even tried to protect his loved ones in the end. He chose to take his wife with him instead of fighting until the bitter end."
Ketan got up and stretched out. "Well, that was not how I expected it to go. Leo we still have the targets tied up. We can either take them back to the house or we can kill them what would you like to do?"
Carlos cried a little and then wiped his eyes. 'Such a touching story and that little girl has a really hard life.'
Peter sat on the ground and then looked at where the vampire had been just moments ago. "With each one that passes I feel my heart breaking a little more. I can understand that man's feelings but in my case I fell in love with the one that turned me and not the human that became deranged. Is it true that all you will only feel thirst if you become a deranged vampire? I never had asked what it is like."
Leo looked around the room and shook his head, "I need information on what this room is used for and what their jobs were. So we should leave them I will help you take them back to my place. Carlos and the captive should be safe to leave here as we take these two back."
"The whole reason that we do not turn a bunch of humans is A because there is a low success rate and B because there is no need to increase the vampire ranks. Also, If I was to get a partner then and only then would I turn that girl but I will not do it if that is not what they want. I do have a duty to protect an individual so I will not choose a partner anytime soon but if I do then she has to realize that I am not free to do as I please. I have a duty to protect a higher being rather than myself and that is why my sister helped her out in the past." Ketan looked at Leo.
"Who is a higher being than the prince of vampires? Do you not think that I wouldn't know who you are? If you didn't show off your abilities, I would've never figured it out." Peter looks up at him shocked.

The hunters that will be coming here, Leo, get them to come here in a few days rather than right away. I do not want them to get injured because of those beings that are hunting me down. Ketan shrugs and collects the two vampires for transport and places his hand on Leo's shoulder and he pops them over to in front of the hidden room.
Leo touches the five places on the wall and the passageway opens up. Leo quickly walked down the path. He opened the two cells and helped Ketan place the vampires and then locked the doors with his fingerprint. Leo took his knife out of his pocket and cut his hand. "You still have to drink my blood."
Ketan took Leo's hand and took three gulps of blood and then bit his tongue and licked the wound and it healed shut. "Thank you for remembering. I want to be able to keep track of everyone but you are at the top of the list next to Kitty." He placed his hand on Leo's shoulder and then popped them back into the basement.
"Okay so for the most part we have already cleared to house. Let's just get the outbuildings done especially the shed that Peter mentioned. We still have more places to go to." Leo walked to Carlos and Peter.
'I still do not get what other higher being there is that is out there but I already messed up once so I do not want to make the same mistake again so I will not ask at this time. ' Peter stood up and waited for the group to move.
Ketan walked between the group and them ported everyone outside. "I will deal with the vampires in the barn-like building you guys go to the hidden building and I will catch up afterwards." He walked away without another word.
