Many thoughts were going through Al's mind as he awaited himself to be transferred to the battlefield; his screen was still nothing but black.

'House of Euophrys? Is that a vampire's lair? Brotherhood of Shirtless Punks? It's my first time to hear about this group. They must be a bunch of crazy kids.' Without SARS' assistance, the boy was back at his guessing game.

Shing! Four green pillars started to appear.

Al was finally on the map. His screen showed a tall and narrow dome-shaped opening to a cave, whose surface seemed to be made from salt stones. The relaxing orange glow of the cavern was a pleasing sight, deceitful of its contents.

However, Al suddenly noticed something in his right peripheral vision that jump-started his adrenaline - four unknown characters!

"Enemies to the right!" Following his instincts, Al immediately warned with a shout as he rolled to the left, allowing him to create a somehow ample distance away from the unexpected face-off.

'Why are they here?!' The boy was alarmed.

Often than not, competing teams will be spawned in opposite directions, with the dungeon boss' location situated in the middle area, where the groups' different paths will somehow converge. It's supposed to be the place where their confrontation and showdown should happen, not in an entrance!

Al did not expect an early encounter. He was caught off guard.

Macca and SwitchFoot immediately entered into a defensive stance, the former aimed with his bow, while the latter raised his pair of daggers, upon hearing Al's warning. The two of them jumped side-wards while twisting their bodies to the positions of their opponents.

Meanwhile, Papa Bear was still Papa Bear. He immediately charged like a madman. "Skulls!" The orc shouted with a grin as he prepared to pound his hammer on the nearby opponents.

Brotherhood of Shirtless Punks. The team's name was a bit peculiar, but its members really lived up to the literal interpretation - all of their characters were shirtless. Too bad that it was only for males.

Papa Bear effortlessly lifted his weapon and leaped in the air. "Skull Bash-!"

The Orc's momentum was suddenly halted mid-air as he found his face blocked by an invisible barrier; his blue-skinned body immediately slid down on a straight fall.

Amidst the successive movements in Al's area, it was surprising that there was no sound coming from the other side.

At first, the others in WisDOOM were confused about what had happened. They thought that someone from their opponents used a barrier skill. However, after noticing the awkward silence that seemed to be a dead air, they finally understood what was going on.

WisDOOM and the Brotherhood of Shirtless Punks could see each other, but they can't attack yet due to the invisible wall. A message from a player named Cyber Husky broke the awkward confrontation.

"Hi! It's nice to meet you :D", said the man in the chat as he waved on the other side of the barrier. His head was that of a grey wolf, while his naked body was covered in numerous red runes and lines. Both of his hands were equipped in what seemed to be as mechanical silver claws.

On the other hand, the player on Cyber Husky's left side was a humanoid with the head of a white cat. A pair of black bat wings were sprouted on his shoulders. In his hands were a pair of normal-looking daggers.

There was also one who was already entering their own share of the entrance to the House of Euophrys. His head was that of a brown boar, and in his two hands were a pair of axes.

The dungeon has two entrances, and the Brotherhood of Shirtless Punks also had their own passage for the salt-stone cave.

"Hey! Stop running you, maniacs! Fight me in a one vs. one! The four of you come back!" Papa Bear grumbled in the general chat as he saw his opponents waving their nasty goodbyes, and seemed to be unimpressed by WisDOOM's members.

Upon sensing that the barrier seemed to be impenetrable, the brotherhood finally entered the cave, completely ignoring the orc's taunt and struggle to break past the invisible wall.

"Bertran stop that. We'll meet them inside. Come." Al felt a bit uneasy upon seeing Cyber Husky's lax face.

"Fine! I can't wait to smash their skulls!" Papa Bear chuckled as he led the charge into their assigned doorway to the cave.

...

The white floor was sprayed with blue blood. It was the color of the fluid that circulated in the bodies of dwarves. Pat suddenly found himself with 0% HP, utterly unaware of what had just happened.

[Do you wish to resurrect?]

Fortunately, Custom Rooms offer unlimited lives.

[Yes]

The snow-white floor was wiped clean by the system as CancerIsLife was returned to his previous position - facing Osho.

"Hey! This is unfair! The gap in our level and equipment is too wide! How am I supposed to cope with this?" The dwarf grumbled. A single slash killed him from Osho.

"Haha! This is fun! How long has it been since I've bullied someone?" Osho provoked the dwarf, his muffled voice inside his yellow tengu mask was barely audible.

"Seriously, dude?" Pat just rolled his eyes.

"You're not paying attention! Will your brain to focus on the vibrations! Here I come again!" With a blur, Osho disappeared from his position once again.

...

Rock salt stalagmites and stalactites filled the inside of the cavern. One would see an abundance of cobwebs in between these rock formations.

"Hey, Papa Bear! Slow down, buddy!" Udil reminded in the chat as he surveyed the surroundings.

"This place is boring! Where are those four animals!?" Papa Bear was definitely agitated.

"Wait! Movements!" SwitchFoot immediately warned upon noticing the vibrations in the webs.

Out of nowhere, hundreds of tarantula spiderlings appeared. These creatures' abdomen was made from orange rock salts, and their hairy legs seemed to be ready to pounce anytime. They were as big as the average person's foot.

"Wooahh! Why are there so many spiders here!?" The previous valor of Papa Bear instantly vanished as the little arachnid monsters started to scuffle toward his position. "Stay away from me!" He seemed to have arachnophobia as he was shivering when he came rushing back to his group.

"There's too many of them! Al, what do we do?" Macca started attacking with his bow and arrows. Although the creatures were squeaky, there were just too many to count.

"Keep on running, while defending. Charge! Papa Bear! What are you doing?" Al advised as the Orc's figure loomed nearer. The former was currently wielding the flamberge form of his weapon, slashing through the pouncing spiders.

Meanwhile, the situation for the four Savages was on a complete opposite. They kept on winding through the tunnel of rock salts but did not meet any monsters until they arrived in a den of webs.

Sleeping peacefully on the ceiling's center was a vast brown tarantula as big as a firetruck.

[Portia, Level 30, Spider Queen]

House of Euophrys was a dungeon of spiders.
