"A necklace? Is it a magic item?" asked Gregor

"Well technically, yes! It's a magic item! That's not the point! Look at the emblem" said William as he pulled up the necklace so Gregor could have a better look.

"It does look familiar for some reason, but I can't tell where I've seen it before. It's definitely not a noble crest because noble houses tend to have some type of animal or wild beast as their crest" said Gregor as he stared at it intently.

"It's not a crest it's an emblem" replied Nin Li

Behind a pillar was a man staring at William as he was showing his emblem to Gregor. The man was the servant of one members of the VIP rooms, as he stared intently at the emblem he suddenly seemed shocked.

"That's...! I must inform lord Florence." said the man as he quickly ran off.

"Nothing comes to mind, to be honest I can't really tell what that symbol even is..." said Gregor frustrated.

"It's a tower" replied Nin Li

"Ah yes, now I see it's a tower" replied Gregor with a smile.

Gregor continued smiling a moment longer, until realization suddenly hit him.

"Wait... A tower?! A Tower?! A tower only means one thing! Only four individuals have a tower as their emblem" replied Gregor in extreme shock.

"That's right, only the four great wizards of knowledge" said Nin Li

Gregor nearly dropped to his knees as he felt his legs become weak all of a sudden. He held on only because he realized he still had the cage in his hands and didn't want to drop it.

"Anyone would be executed on the spot if caught with a fake emblem of the four greats" whispered Gregor.

"I can assure you guild leader Gregor, that the young master's emblem is not a fake. It was given to him by my master... Master Moj Dak that is..." replied Nin Li with a serious face.

Gregor quickly put down the cage and began to kowtow to William.

"Guild leader Gregor what are you doing that's not necessary!" yelled William as he was embarrassed by Gregor's action in the middle of the lobby.

"Young master, forgive me for my ignorance. I truly was not aware that you were the direct disciple of one of the four greats, the legendary hermit wizard Moj Dak no less." said Gregor with his face planted on the floor as he knelt.

"Well I wouldn't say I'm his disciple..." mumbled quietly William

"Anyways, please stand guild leader Gregor as you're not only embarrassing yourself but me as well" said William awkwardly

"Yes, as you wish young master" replied Gregor as he stood up.

"If I spoke on your behalf would you be able to keep you're position as guild leader?" asked William

"Young master you... you still want to help me?" asked Gregor surprised

"Absolutely, you quite literally just loaned me one hundred and twenty thousand gold coins, put up your reputation on the line and quite possibly even more to assist me. Not to mention you told Nin Li earlier you did it because "we are friends" how could I possibly not assist you" said William.

Guild leader was surprised and single tear drop suddenly fell from his left eye.

"Thank you, I'm truly grateful" said Gregor with a truly grateful smile.

"Don't get emotional or I'll leave" said William.

"Right, my apologies young master" replied Gregor.

"Let's get out of here first, we can discuss at you're house the details of how you want to approach the situation with my assistance" said William.

"You wish to discuss it at my house...? At this hour, it might get too late by the time we're done young master. Don't you live outside the city young master?" asked Gregor.

"Yes, but it's only an hour away." replied William.

"Why don't you two stay at my place? It's not an estate but it's still a fairly large house with lots of rooms. Please, I insist!" said Gregor.

"We would love too, but we left our carriage at city entrance I don't know if we could leave it there over night" replied William.

"Not a problem I'll get my driver to pick it up once he drops us off at my house" said Gregor.

"There's no need, I'll go now and get it" replied Nin Li.

"My lady the entrance is very far from here, to go on foot by yourself might be..." replied Gregor but was interrupted.

"I'm very fast!" said Nin Li

"She's a gold rank" whispered William to Gregor

"Oh" said Gregor as he looked at Nin Li quite impressed and confused.

"That's odd I didn't see any tattoo's" thought to himself Gregor.

"Anyways, shall we?" said William as he started walking towards the exit.

Gregor picked up the cage and followed closely behind, Nin Li followed as well. Soon, they were outside. Two people were waiting outside for them as they walked down the stairs in the front entrance.

"Good evening, young master. It was a lovely auction wasn't it? Congratulations on a remarkable victory today, I was truly enlighten by you're strategy of waiting for the last minute to raise you're bid astronomically." replied a fine dressed gentle man with sharp eyes.
