"Quick, leave!" Ash's voice suddenly resounded in Erza mind. She did not have time to ask Ash any question as the cave was starting to collapse on its own.

Stones were falling down from the ceiling and the ground was shaking as more cracks started to appear on the walls.
Bringing the unconscious Ling Tian, Erza quickly made her way out from the cave. Double Acceleration, Lightning Step, Erza dashed towards the exit in her fastest speed.

The cave completely collapsed just as Erza was about to reach the exit.

On that day, many people in Nanda Empire witnessed the rise of a Phoenix as it soared high to the sky and disappeared between the clouds.
Realizing that the seal was gone, many experts went to the mountain range to investigate what had actually happened there. However, in the end, they found nothing except for a terrifying sight of utter destruction. The previous high and tall mountains were now all gone, and there was no sight of a survivor.

"Seriously…." Erza was speechless to hear that as his first words after waking up from his long sleep. Next, she carefully put him down on the ground and offered him a drink.
Ling Tian soon realized his mistake and lightly coughed. He was still muddle headed after just waking up from his sleep.
"Where are we?" Ling Tian asked after drinking some water.
"Somewhere at the outskirt of Jiang Dynasty."
Jiang Dynasty was one of Nanda's Empire neighbours and was one of the empires Erza needed to go through on her way back to Black Snow Empire.
Since she was bringing Ling Tian along the way, her travel speed was much slower than the time she was on her way to Nanda Empire.
"I see.. Congratulations on obtaining the inheritance." It was clear to Ling Tian that Erza had managed to obtain the inheritance. Otherwise, they would not be able to leave that place. In addition, she obtained it with her own effort. He did not help her at all.
"Thank you."
The two youths then fell into a short silence. Ling Tian did not ask why Erza helped him as he would also do the same thing if he was in her position. He also did not ask what was the inheritance nor if she obtained any great treasure.
"So what's your plan now?" Erza broke the silence.
"I don't know…" Ling Tian sighed. He really did not know what he should do now after his revenge target was dead. He was thinking to exact his revenge on Ling Clan, but he quickly brushed off that idea.
After finding his target was dead, Ling Tian realized that there was no point to live his life for revenge. Otherwise, wouldn't he feel lost again after exacting his revenge in the future?
"Then how about my proposal?"

"By the way, do you have a boyfriend?" Ling Tian suddenly asked her in the middle of their conversation.
"I have. Why? Fall for me already?" Erza chuckled.
