"KUAAAAAA!!!" It's immense roar venerated throughout the whole town and I knew that the mission was officially over at this point.

I picked up the sword with my right hand or at least I tried before a sharp pain forced me to drop it to the ground.

I looked at my right hand and found that it was bent at the wrist in an unnatural angle and realized that my chance of surviving to see the next day just plummeted even more.

Regardless, I picked the sword up with my left hand and turned to face the glowing-eyes with determination that I didn't truly feel.

I felt only terror at the moment.

But regardless, I must stop it long enough till Rahul, Jasvinder and Upma come here to deal with it.

So I ignored the immense pain that was coursing through my ring hand and raised both hands in an inviting gesture as I walked forward to meet it.

"Come." I shouted and was impressed by how brave I sounded before it jumped at me. And then, I was not feeling so brave anymore.

It swung it's remaining arm and me while ducked and maneuvered to move myself behind it. I tried to swing my sword but before I could even start, it swung it's hand back at me and I ducked and rolled out of it's way in order to not receive it's backhanded strike once again.

I cannot take it's strike. Not even one.

I might have become a bit faster than it because of the skill but the same cannot be said for my strength.

It is far more stronger than me.

The only thing I can do at this moment is hope to now get struck by it and try to take out it's remaining arm somehow.

I felt a sharp pain assault my right hand as I rolled out of it's way and then raised my head only to find it… stomp?

'Shit!' I cursed in my mind and rolled out of the way once again and watched the ground get demolished under it's feet.

I had not expected it to use it's feet. None of the abnormals I had met so far did so. Not even the 3rd tier ones.

That only went to show how unique glowing-eyes was as it tried to stomp my face in once again.

I barely rolled out of it's way this time and then rolled once again when it used it's stomping maneuver once again.

This was not even a fight.

This was just 'it' trying to stomp my face in, and me trying to keep my life in a rather pathetic manner.

It tried to stomping a few more times and I rolled out of it way a few more times even though the pain in my arm only increased and I feared that I won't be able to roll through the next one.

But luck was with me this time and at last it got angry enough to throw a… kick… at my head and I jumped out of the way in time to keep it intact and stood up to face it head one.

If it had two hands, then it would have had faster reflexes but as it stood now, I could tell that it was having trouble moving around because of the the loss of a hand.

Even though it was not showing any pain while moving around, I could tell that the loss of a limb was affecting it's balance.

That was the only thing saving me at this point.

I raised my hand and charged at it once again.

It swung it's hand at me one more time I ducked under it's strike one more time but this time, I remained out of it's backhand range and just focused on getting in position for a single decisive strike but instead of backhanding at me, it turned and kicked at me with such force that I could almost feel the heat it's leg generated as it passed a mere centimeter from my face.

I dodged back and out of it's range and watched it stumble on it's one leg because of the loss of balance a missing arm brought it.

'This is my chance.' I thought and moved forward but instead of swinging my sword at it, I jumped up and brought my legs to kick at it's face.

I could tell that it was surprised at my changed tactic as it failed to block or dodge in time as my kick struck it's face with such force that it was raised from the ground and flew a good two meters in the air before it crashed into a building and all went silent.

I almost expected it to come out of the hole the very next second and charged at me in fury once again.

I did not expect it to stay inside the building and the silence that followed.

It did not like that one bit.

And then I heard it's loud roar once again.

"KUAAAA!!! KUAAAA!!! KUAAAA!!!"

It would have almost sounded like the crying of a child, if it was not so loud and terrifying and if it had not gone silent after the third cry.

It was almost as if… almost as if… it was trying to…

DANGER!!!

My sixth sense tingled and I barely ducked in time to feel a hand slice though the place where my neck once used to be.

I knew what would follow so I rolled out in time as a large hand went past my body.

I rolled in the ground and almost expected a stomp to follow after that but then I realized what I was fighting so I looked and found the 3rd tier abnormal swinging it's arm at me.

'I was terrified of a 3rd tier abnormal once.' I thought as I dodged the next few strikes of it's hands and then cut off it's right leg as watched it fall before decapitating it at once.

'But after fighting the Glowing-eye abnormal, it was just not in the same level.'

Or so I thought before I heard the 'wooshing' and dodged more strikes coming from behind me.

I rolled out of the way and found 2 3rd tier abnormals staring at me eerily.

The fact that they just stood there looking at me and didn't follow after that strike brought me more fear than if they had just rushed after me.

The things that we don't know or understand are always more terrifying to us.

And then I watched in shock as hundreds of abnormals came out of the alleys and streets to surround me from all sides and I turned to face the culprit behind this trap.

I could almost see a grin in it's frozen face as it came out of the hole in the building and looked at me as a superior being would look at an ant..

And then the 'Agility Booster' skill ran out of time.

'Well Shit.'
